# 2022 Foundations

These are top-down notes from the Morning Mindset Daily Podcast between the dates 12/26/2021 - ~~01/02/2021~~ 01/06/2022.

### Notes

1. Psalm 16:8-11

   David always set the Lord before him, choosing to make the lord set before in an emotion, mental, & spiritual mindset.\
   `The Daily Goal we should have is setting the Lord before us emotionally, mentally, Spiritually, & Physically.`
2. Psalm 16:8 - **Stability**

   We will have the stability in the Lord, Strong Confidence through the Lord when he's at our right hand.
3. Psalm 37:3-7 - **Befriend Faithfulness**

   When we delight/abide in the Lord; he will instill the desires of our heart, desires that bring fruit for pruning. Remember, One Step at a Time!
4. Psalm 63:1-4 - **Foundation**

   Can we fully say that our God is our God? Most of us can agree that there will always be that doubt & there even are times where we are not. What we can do is continuously ask God to earnestly align our hearts.
5. Philippians 3:8-11 - **Our Greatest Treasure**

   *Paul*: Righteousness through Faith, not our own or the Law's.\
   `I want to know Christ, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death`.
6. John 15:1-3 - **Bearing Fruit**

   God takes away the fruits that bear no fruit & prunes the vines that do.
7. John 15:4-6 - **Abide=Connected**\
   ` Jesus is like electricity, we have no power without him. We can not do anything`` `` `**`Spiritually`**` `` ``without him. `
8. John 15:7-8\
   Staying connected to Jesus is our Responsibility. We don't remain connected by just the word. We also need to remain connected!\
   \&#xNAN;*The Word will help us to shape our desires.*
9. John 15:9-10\
   -Don't try to be a Lone Ranger Christian; remain connected by talking with others, connecting with others.\
   -As the Father loved his son, the son loves us. If we keep the Lord's commandments, we will abide in his Love.
10. John 15:11\
    -Joy is an important part for a Christian's life, life we're suppose to be living.\
    -Engaged with the God of the Universe.\
    -When we do these things, God's joy will be instilled inside of us
11. Galations 2:20-21\
    -We are to give up on bringing up & what I think; & trust who God says I am just like the Apostle Paul.\
    `1 Timothy 6:12: Fight the Good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.`\
    -While he died for us, we also died for him; Living By Faith: God meet on a deep, spiritual, heart level.\
    -No Longer do we want to try & prove to others around us.\
    \&#xNAN;**`Galations 2:21: I do not set aside the Grace of God, for if the righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing.`**
